“People in the Bozeman area. I am a ceramic artist and I make female inspired wares.”
What do you do for them?
“I create custom pregnancy or breast mugs with custom details, including date of birth, family name, location and anything the family may want as a keepsake for them or their surrogate child.”
Why do you do what you do, particularly as it relates to surrogacy/growing families?
“I think surrogacy is a beautiful thing, and I love supporting the families going through the process and supporting the surrogates. I try to infuse a little light into a long, stressful process.”
What is your favorite part of your job?
“Learning the stories behind the people and creating a memory that they can psychically hold and use daily.”
What is your favorite memory or story from working at your job?
“Honestly just getting to connect with women and families who lives had been made and changed by having a surrogate. Being able to provide for those who cannot or are not able to have children is the ultimate gift.”
